How the Scout trial works
When you sign up and select Scout, your trial starts immediately
You get full access to all Scout features (100 products, weekly scraping, 2 team members) during the trial
You won't be charged until the trial ends
Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
After the trial
Your subscription automatically converts to paid Scout at the end of 7 days. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.
Trial eligibility
The trial is available one time per organization, on a brand-new Scout subscription. If you've previously subscribed to any plan (even if you canceled), you won't get a second trial — upgrading from Scout to Guard, Shield, or Fortress is charged immediately.
Upgrading mid-trial
If you upgrade from Scout to a higher plan during your Scout trial, the trial ends and you'll be charged for the new plan immediately (prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle).
