Go to Settings → Pipeline Schedule
Choose your preferred day and time (with timezone)
Add notification recipients under Email Notifications
After you save, the UI shows exactly when your next run will fire (e.g., "Next run: Wednesday, Apr 16 at 9:00 AM EDT") — it accounts for the day, hour, and timezone you picked
The pipeline will run automatically on your schedule and email you a digest with an Excel attachment
Your scrape frequency depends on your plan:
Scout: Weekly
Guard / Shield / Fortress: Daily
