ChannelGuard has four roles with different permission levels:
Role | Display Name | What They Can Do |
Owner | Owner | Full access — manage organization settings, billing, team members, data, and pipeline runs |
Admin | Manager | Manage product data, trigger pipeline runs, invite and remove team members |
Member | Viewer | View-only access to dashboard, violations, retailers, plus CSV/Excel exports |
Sales Rep | Sales Rep | View only their assigned retailers and the violations associated with those retailers |
You assign roles when inviting a team member. Only Owners can change another member's role.
