When you sign up, your dashboard shows an onboarding checklist that tracks 5 setup milestones. Each one fills in automatically as you complete it, and the checklist disappears once all 5 are done so your dashboard isn't cluttered once you're established.
The 5 milestones

When does the checklist disappear?
Once all 5 milestones are checked off, the checklist is hidden from the dashboard permanently so you have more room for your live violation data, stats, and charts.
Each milestone is computed live from your workspace data — there's nothing to manually mark as complete. For example, as soon as you add your first product, the first milestone flips to done on your next dashboard refresh.
Who sees the checklist?
The checklist is shown to Owners, Managers, and Viewers. Sales Reps don't see it — they work from their assigned retailer list instead.
