Pipeline Not Running

Scheduled Pipeline Not Triggering

  • Verify your schedule is configured in Settings β†’ Pipeline Schedule

  • Check that a day, time, and timezone are all set

  • Ensure your subscription is active β€” the pipeline won't run without an active plan

Manual Pipeline Stuck or Failed

  • Go to the Sync page and check the Job History for error messages

  • If a job is stuck, click Cancel Stale Jobs to clear it, then retry

  • Make sure you have products in your catalog β€” the pipeline needs products with ASINs or Walmart Item IDs to scrape

No Violations Detected

  • This is normal if all retailers are pricing above your MAP

  • Check that your MAP prices are set correctly on your products

  • Verify that your products have valid ASINs and/or Walmart Item IDs β€” products without identifiers can't be scraped
