Verify your credentials in Salsify Settings β†’ API Keys. Make sure the key hasn't expired or been revoked.

Products not syncing

Salsify export API timeout

Check the Salsify status page for outages. Retry the pipeline from the Sync page.

Missing MAP prices

Field not mapped in Salsify

Ensure a "MAP Price" field exists on your Salsify products and is populated.

Duplicate products

SKU mismatch

Verify that SKUs are consistent between your Salsify catalog and ChannelGuard.

Wrong products syncing

Status filter not set

Go to Settings β†’ Data Source and configure which product statuses to include (e.g., "Active", "Sellable").
